Lisa leads small group outdoor fitness sessions, tailored to help you build a strong body and mind, whilst enjoying being out in nature. 90 minutes of varied small group training with a real Mind-body-spirit focus. Each session will include a combination of walking/hiking, summit training on stairs and hills, stretching, reflection, endurance, body weight strength exercises, and experiencing beautiful surroundings!
